UPGR is a phone subscription service operated in Belgium. By using our website and signing up for our waitlist, you agree to these terms.

2. Waitlist Registration

By submitting your email, you are registering for our pre-launch waitlist. This does not constitute a purchase, contract, or binding commitment. You will not be charged. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

3. Service Description

UPGR offers phone subscriptions where customers rent smartphones on a monthly basis. Key terms of the subscription (when launched):

• Monthly fee covers device rental, UpCare damage protection, delivery, and returns
• Devices remain the property of UPGR — they cannot be purchased or kept
• Annual upgrade to the newest model after the minimum rental term
• 14-day withdrawal period from delivery date
• Lost or stolen devices are not covered

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website include Belgian VAT (21%). Prices may vary based on the selected device, brand, storage capacity, and color. Prices shown during the pre-launch period are indicative and may change before the official launch.

5. Founding Member Benefits

The first 1,000 waitlist subscribers receive founding member benefits: first month free and priority delivery on all future upgrades. These benefits are non-transferable and subject to availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of UPGR and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

UPGR provides this website and waitlist service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or the unavailability of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
